When I went there for my very first appointment, the dentist went out of his way to make sure I wasn't concerned about my comfort. The dentist explained every treatment in detail before starting anything. He got on me about needing to take better care of my teeth but suggested some things I could do to mange and maintain my oral hygiene a lot better. The facility was equipped with a digital X-ray machine that seamlessly archived all my previous treatment history, X-rays, insurance information and billing. All my info was updated electronically by my next visit. I am definitely going back to Columbia.”

The dentist didn't do anything without telling me exactly what he was going to do. When he started a new step, he stopped to tell me what to expect and told me to raise my hand if I need him to pause. I really liked that I was able to talk candidly with the dentist. He described my issues in a clear way and was very knowledgeable. I don't like dental visits but this was definitely my best experience.
